Starting out in publishing in 2005, I helped launch a literary agency on the West Coast. Five years later, I sold my stake in the company to my business partner, so I could focus on the creative side full-time. Both while there and since, I've helped develop and edit a variety of fiction, from thriller and sci-fi to young adult and romance, as well as lifestyle books, cookbooks, self-help, and memoirs, working on New York Times, USA Today, and Entertainment Weekly bestsellers; NPR Best Books; ITW Thriller Awards winners; Best Books from Bustle and Paste Magazine; and those with starred reviews from Publishers Weekly and Library Journal. Starting in 2023, I went in house at Sourcebooks. I am currently not taking on new freelance clients but can recommend fellow editors. If you are a former client, please know I will do my best to accommodate working with you again if possible.
